Position Overview

The Tiffany Experienced Leader will assimilate to the Tiffany culture while assisting the store with exceeding sales plans and profitability targets. During this intensive nine to twelve month assignment, the Experienced Leader will actively learn and demonstrate and understanding of fiscal accountability, executing the Tiffany Experience and empowering their staff to do the same, product knowledge, store operations, systems and managing processes, strategic selling skill application to effectively close sales, and managing employees in the store through talent management and policies and procedures. This will be accomplished through milestone activities, existing Tiffany training modules and an overall immersion experience with a focus on business and store management acumen. At the end of the assignment, the successfully integrated Manager or Director will be placed in a store as a Sales Manager or Director.

Director Of Marketing

Direct, plan and oversee the marketing strategies of the organization's products and services. Maintain awareness in market changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Develop and oversee staff operations, business planning, and overall marketing budget. Work closely with sales and other functional areas to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of companies marketing to corporate financial and strategic objectives. Must be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proven leader, creative and out of the box thinker with strong operational know-how.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and manage annual marketing plan

  • Develop brand and product line positioning

  • Develop and administer the annual Marketing Budget

  • Manage entire go-to-market planning process and execute plan to achieve specific objectives and metrics

  • Manage strategic marketing and industry relationship and negotiate agreements and partnerships to support achieving marketing objectives

Sr. Sales Manager (New York, NY)

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving strategic, large and complex IT Outsourcing services and solutions. Generates annual orders generally in excess of $50+ million by driving strategic, large and complex IT Outsourcing services and solutions. Grows sales in new and existing accounts by aggressively identifying and closing complex sales opportunities across the full Unisys portfolio offerings. They will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activites by preparing: Sales and relationship strategies; Finance Committee materials; Executive level prospect presentations; Business transformation deals that result in a new way for clients to do business. They will be the primary relationship manager with the client during the sales cycle and have responsibility for fostering the development of new relationships. Deals would generally be complex and have long sales cycle activity. Incumbents are expected to work with little or no supervision and be capable of briefing and involving Senior Management appropriately during the sales cycle. Uses knowledge of Unisys strategy and current events to achieve goals related to global competition.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. To become a trusted advisor to the C-level community in assigned accounts or targeted opportunities. Develops and builds client relationships at the C-level and proactively gains understanding of the client’s business problem/opportunity. Leverages business knowledge to identify appropriate solutions and services that benefit the client.

  2. Utilizes consultative selling methodologies to shape and influence the clients’ strategic direction by evaluating objectives/requirements and developing strategy and client specific solutions that drive innovative change.

  3. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the full Unisys portfolio and its adjacency in providing solutions to clients. Leads the sales of a full range of services and solutions into targeted markets and proactively finds opportunities to leverage and cross sell the full portfolio.

  4. Leads the development of winning sales strategies on complex engagements including but not limited to pricing, competitive strategy, negotiations and navigating the relationships with key influencers in the account.

  5. Leads the pursuit team and facilitates the resources needed to effectively close sales opportunities. Will liaise between the client and to resolve issues and close sales.

  6. Effectively identifies and qualifies prospects and presents compelling business case to pursuit decision board in support of obtaining pre-sales resources.

  7. Develops and maintains a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities. Maintains the quality of information.

  8. Develops personal knowledge of industry/market sector, clients’ business challenges and the impact of potential future changes.

Loan Counselor positions involve receiving in-bound and/or placing outbound calls regarding student loan accounts and may also involve speaking with delinquent customers as a result of customer contact.

Responsibilities:
  • These are entry-level positions and on average, our counselors may answer approximately 15 calls per hour handling complex account issues.

  • Interaction with customers are based on CLIENT policy, but some independence is necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Revise or make changes to account information such as address changes, name changes or other changes to an account.

  • Explain loan activity to customers. Activity on loans could include: accruing interest, tax deduction, or the timing of payment posting.

  • We provide a paid 8 week classroom training program which is a combination of lecture and practice on live customer accounts. Due to the amount and complexity of information, time off will not be permitted during the training period.

Qualifications:
