    Assistant Social Media Manager 

    Salary range: $75,000-85,000


    Assistant Social Media Manager to join our Social team! This role will support the planning and execution of content and copy across all organic social media channels, assist in building the weekly content calendar, contribute to 360 social support plans for launches and activations, identify social trends, and help track social performance and analytics. 


    The Assistant Social Media Manager will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager. Our ideal candidate is beauty-obsessed, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


    Responsibilities:


    -Assist in developing and executing the weekly social content calendar across all organic channels, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, new launches, and promotions


    -Build and maintain the brand's online community by fostering meaningful interactions, monitoring social media sentiment and trends, and responding promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback with excellent customer service skills.


    -Write and edit copy for social media posts across platforms (IG, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, threads, etc), working closely with the Social Media Coordinators


    -Help manage posting schedules and provide support in reviewing content from Social Media Coordinators


    -Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging assets for social holidays, campaigns, and new launches


    -Work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Retail Marketing, and the Creative Content team to support social initiatives


    -Communicate content needs to internal Content Creators and assist in bringing ideas to life through video, imagery, and storytelling


    -Help create social content, including filming, modeling, and editing when needed

    Monitor social SEO and track platform performance metrics


    -Support in compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media reports


    -Research and suggest innovative ways to enhance brand awareness and optimize social strategy


    -Stay on top of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry shifts


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree


    3-5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing


    Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills


    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


    Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail


    A team player with a flexible and positive attitude


    Passion for beauty and social media trends

    Experience with content creation, video editing, and analytics tools

    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities


    Prospect and identify new enterprise, brand, and agency clients through outbound and relationship-driven strategies
