    Client is seeking an Events Manager to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing & planning all PR & marketing events. This role will work cross functionally with PR, influencer, marketing & creative teams to coordinate key activations. Candidates must have experience in large & small scale event planning, & possess the ability to prioritize & thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    This position is required to be in our NYC office Mon – Thur (4 days/week).


    Responsibilities:


    Event Planning: Serve as main point of contact on-site for all events; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of events, including product launches and brand activations. 


    Responsible for all event planning logistics including but not limited to coordinating travel, venues, sourcing vendors, shipping products, on-site problem-solving, etc.

    The Executive to the President & CEO and Special Projects Assistant for People Operations jointly supports the President & Chief Executive Officer and the Chief People Officer (People Operations 

    Department projects). The Executive to the President & CEO and Special Projects Assistant for People 

    Operations provides executive level administrative support and coordinates several projects overseen by 

    the CEO and/or CPO, particularly in areas of communications, strategic planning, donor cultivation, 

    workforce planning, project research, and people operations initiatives. This role will also coordinate and 

    manage executive scheduling and provide administrative and logistical support in administrative and 

    day-to-day matters. With the exception of Board of Directors meetings and special events, this role 

    generally will work a 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule from Monday-Friday. However, they must demonstrate 

    flexibility during special events which may require some evenings or weekends. 

     

    The Executive to the President & CEO and Special Projects Assistant must be creative and enjoy working 

    within a fast-paced environment that is results-driven and customer focused. The ideal individual will 

    have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and with confidential matters, with

    Client merchandising team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team player that operates well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where multi-tasking is essential. 


    The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant work experience within the global prestige beauty industry including past experience working with fixture vendors and beauty retailers. This role will play an integral part in Creative Operations & Project Management.

    Responsibilities:


    Work with and direct 3D fixture & display vendors (permanent & promotional) and build necessary relationships with all brand partners, communicate seasonal projects and provide all prototype and engineering feedback


    Work with retail partners & display vendors to create innovative merchandising solutions, pre-drill the gondola to ensure cost efficiency for future launches; understanding of 3D engineering is essential


    Manage and maintain 4-5 updates per year with open sell prestige retailers in collaboration with Key Accounts & Trade marketing teams


    Work cross functionally with Marketing & Design teams on all updates from concept to approval and on-counter stages


    Manage fixture installation and freight vendors for gondola updates & new doors and negotiate costs


    Build out & periodically reforecast annual budget projections for fixture updates, track invoices & report on major changes


    Work with the internal creative design team to ensure timely delivery of graphics to graphic vendor, ensure that all die-lines and proofs are accurate prior to print production, route graphics and obtain all internal approvals


    Oversee internal 2D graphic timelines, routing of artwork and releasing to print vendor. Obtain necessary translations and route for appropriate approvals internally/ externally to retailers


    Organize seasonal newness and send all renderings, product technical drawings, assortments and product components to display vendors for size and fit on the gondola


    Partner with Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing & Creative teams for potential secondary location merchandising designs – i.e.: store windows, endcaps, etageres or promotional tables, animations


    Collaborate with Marketing & Creative teams on seasonal focus unit design/ product placement/ focus units


    Collaborate with & challenge fixture vendors on new creative executions & materials for disruptive, impactful displays


    Work with Key Accounts to maintain item productivity to ensure best/most logical product placement on display; attend weekly meetings to keep all projects on track and provide a status to cross functional teams


    Analyze product category trends to ensure best placement and practices on the gondola


    Maintain portfolio of competitive merchandising as inspiration, go on store checks to keep abreast of new innovation and technologies


    Keep all gondolas in the office updated and well organized with the latest updates in collaboration with the Merchandising Intern


    Requirements:


    B.A. in Project Management, Merchandising, or relevant prestige beauty work experience is a must


    3-5 years prior experience is mandatory (global experience a major plus)


    Must be a strong communicator & team player


    Understanding of gondola / promo unit 3D engineering & materials is required. Must be able to interpret 3D technical drawings


    Proven project management experience to ensure all milestone dates are met from concept stages to display delivery is essential


    Proficient on a PC, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe & Word & Google G suite (intermediate knowledge of Adobe programs is a plus)

    We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the Product Launch Assistant Manager position in a fast-paced, growing cosmetic company. In short, this position drives all aspects of the launch production process including supply chain, procurement of components, timely delivery of the finished good, and finalizing development details with cross functional teams and contract manufacturers.

     

    Responsibilities:


    Manage timelines and secures production schedules for new product launches


    Communicate any delays with production to cross functional NPD (Project Management) team


    Troubleshoot quality issues and concerns with cross functional teams and contract manufacturers while maintaining targeted timeline


    Works cross functionally with internal teams such as Product Development, Packaging, Demand Planning, Retail Operations, and NPD

    Client is seeking a Digital Designer to support graphic, multimedia design & production needs for the Digital Design team. This role is integral to maintaining clients assets as well as paid media for product launches and promotions. The Junior Digital Designer reports into the Digital Designer.



     Responsibilities:


    Manage the PDP imagery process from asset acquisition and priority mapping to executing a daily high volume of PDP imagery for website and TikTok Shops.


    Design and resize all artwork/product image updates across website & TikTok Shops for ongoing seasonal launches and promotions

    Communicating to the Digital Design/Retail Digital Design teams important learnings from approved PDP imagery so designers can maintain continuity


    Pass approved artwork to Retail Digital Designer so they may reproduce for retailers

    Silo-ing & pre-production work for imagery used in promotions and launches

    Staying up to date on existing product imagery maintenance


    Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation

    Create beautiful and engaging Paid Social digital imagery, video animation and textual animations


    Edit videos to targeted length and specifications


    Handle and organize raw and edited video files


    Export videos and facilitate mobile and web distribution


    Explore different versions and directions

    Ensure compliance with brand standards


    Adjust formats and file sizes as needed

    Proof and perform QA on all PDP staging links; edit assets as needed


    Present designs and needs in weekly meetings with cross-functional partners

    Requirements:

    Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop), AfterEffects, Figma experience is a bonus

    Responsibilities:


    Lead implementation of specification system including working closely with system supplier on design and troubleshooting issues, uploading packaging data for new and existing items and training team members on how to use the system


    Manage our sustainability software and global EPR reporting 


    Identify creative and innovative packaging options and decoration that fit the voice of the brand and meet the vision of the Creative development team


    Manage within the timelines of new product development process


    Work with contract fillers and production team to ensure project feasibility and attend line trials


    Create packaging and finish goods specifications


    Review and approve engineering drawings and component submissions during development for stock and custom packages
