The Executive to the President & CEO and Special Projects Assistant for People Operations jointly supports the President & Chief Executive Officer and the Chief People Officer (People Operations
Department projects). The Executive to the President & CEO and Special Projects Assistant for People
Operations provides executive level administrative support and coordinates several projects overseen by
the CEO and/or CPO, particularly in areas of communications, strategic planning, donor cultivation,
workforce planning, project research, and people operations initiatives. This role will also coordinate and

Pass approved artwork to Retail Digital Designer so they may reproduce for retailers
Silo-ing & pre-production work for imagery used in promotions and launches
Staying up to date on existing product imagery maintenance
Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
Create beautiful and engaging Paid Social digital imagery, video animation and textual animations
Edit videos to targeted length and specifications
Handle and organize raw and edited video files
Export videos and facilitate mobile and web distribution
Explore different versions and directions
Ensure compliance with brand standards
Adjust formats and file sizes as needed
Proof and perform QA on all PDP staging links; edit assets as needed
Present designs and needs in weekly meetings with cross-functional partners
Maintain impeccable file & template organization in Dropbox.
Communicate with team and cross-functional partners as to where assets can be found as needed
Strong coordination with Creative, Brand and Digital Marketing teams are a must!
Manage the Junior Digital Designer:
ensure brand design standards are met and are accurate
QA assets for accuracy and quality
Confirm assets specs and accurate compression and naming conventions for SEO
Meet with stakeholders to determine project scope
Seek feedback from stakeholders & implement feedback in a timely manner
Requirements:
BFA/BA in Design, Digital Design
3-5 years of experience as a digital/web designer (agency or in-house creative department preferred)
Beauty or Retail experience on an eCommerce-focused design team, preferred
Proficient in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop), AfterEffects, Figma experience is a bonus
Mobile-first mentality
Understanding of design layout, typography, information hierarchy and slicing
Strong photo retouching skills for the ability to replicate across digital mediums
Ability to color-retouch image assets in some instances
Ability to form and maintain relationships among our team and cross-functionally
Keen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction both flawlessly and efficiently
Knowledge of post-production and retouching process
Ability to retouch on the fly
Organized files and layers within PSDs

Senior Associate, Digital Media Buyer
We seek a highly motivated Media Buyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Digital Marketing Acquisition team.
The Senior Associate Digital Media Buyer will participate in all aspects of executing high-profile and complex paid media campaigns on networks like TikTok, Meta, Google, CTV & more! This includes initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of paid digital marketing KPIs, hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, a passion for data-driven A/B testing, and an interest in beauty trends. The Manager of Package Development & Packaging Systems Implementation, is a highly visible position inside our company and is expected to support the new product development and industrialization of 5-10 new projects per season and provide packaging expertise and support for an active catalog of about 300 skus while also leading the implementation of new packaging systems/software such as sustainability software and specification systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of specification system including working closely with system supplier on design and troubleshooting issues, uploading packaging data for new and existing items and training team members on how to use the system
Manage our sustainability software and global EPR reporting
Identify creative and innovative packaging options and decoration that fit the voice of the brand and meet the vision of the Creative development team
Manage within the timelines of new product development process
Work with contract fillers and production team to ensure project feasibility and attend line trials
Create packaging and finish goods specifications
Review and approve engineering drawings and component submissions during development for stock and custom packages
Create/update packaging and production SOP's to ensure quality of FGs
Responsible for all relevant testing, problem solving and finding alternatives as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years professional packaging experience, preferably in the Beauty industry
Experience with packaging software/systems
